Athletes with prior Crossfit experience are welcome to drop in anytime, but will be required to undergo a brief assessment of athletic capacity and basic movement standards. We strive to deliver the best product possible, and the safety and steady improvement of our athletes is our highest priority.

* A series of complimentary CFX foundations classes are required for members new to CrossFit. We want you to be as comfortable as possible while becoming a part of our CrossFit community.  Foundations classes offered by appointment only.

*Kids 10-14 may attend class accompanied by a parent; teens 15 and up may attend class alone.
